.Responsible to ensure the effective implementation of food distribution projects and community. outreach activities in the field. Implement a micro plan of community outreach activities in consultation with the team leader.Identification and selection of beneficiary communities, households, and individuals as per set criteria. Based on her/his knowledge of the area, collect information through questionnaires,Transect guidelines, walks, physical observation, and any other information collection techniques.Organize and implement beneficiary selection campaigns following the agreed guideline, selection criteria, and templates designed for the purpose.Maintain contact with the beneficiaries and communities during all the stages of the project implementation, convey their instructions, suggestions, and other messages from the project management, collect comments, ideas, complaints, and other messages and report them to the project Coordinator/Supervisor.Establishment of community committees.Support to implementation of the complaint response mechanism in the field. Area mapping to identify the distribution sites in consultation with the community
1. Authenticate documentation presented for all credit applications and ensure they meet the PIM requirements and any other requirements as required by the PIU and by the Donor.
2. Ensure compliance with the Corporation’s Credit Policy, Procedures and service level agreements.
3. Facilitate to Community Book Keeper for Appraisal of customer loan applications and make recommendations.
4. Active participation in Credit Committee.
5. Verify that securities/Guarantees are provided and forwarded for perfection.
6. Manage portfolio under LSO to ensure good performance
7. Ensure all applicants are advised on fate of applications within reasonable time.
8. Actively manage risk/exposure for assigned portfolio Continuously
1. Maintain existing financial systems including petty cash, expenses, mileage claims, and income & expenditure record; process all payments through Cash flow and monthly bank reconciliation.
2. Preparing Petty cash vouchers and making petty cash payments to staff, vendors/suppliers And other parties if any.
3. Maintenance of the Petty cash register, Safe keeping of the petty cash and record keeping On daily basis.
4. Maintenance of the various files of the finance department
5. Assist the Manager Finance and Assistant Manager Finance
6. Checking the suppliers’ invoice with the requisition slip, purchase agreement and goods
7. Receipt note for payment.
8. Assist the Assistant Manager Finance in preparation of monthly Bank reconciliation
